CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required for all bookings. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice. If you are unable to provide 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service charge. No show appointments will also be charged 50%. No exceptions.

LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to a change in Esthetician or may be subject to reschedule. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a no show and charged a 50% fee.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

As a courtesy to all guests as well as for safety reasons, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa at any time. Guests who arrive to an appointment with a child under the age of 18 will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to late cancellation fees.
